UW International & English Language Programs
Research Programs
We offer two programs that enable international students eligible for a J-1 visa to undertake significant research projects on campus.
VISIT
The Visiting International Student Internship & Training (VISIT) program allows you to undertake full-time supervised research and work-based learning at the UW for three weeks to 12 months.
VISER
The Visiting International Student Engaged in Research (VISER) program allows you to pursue a full-time prescribed course of study at the UW for 13 months to two years.
